BODY GRATITUDE

IS WITHIN REACH

YOU ARE MORE THAN THE WAY YOU LOOK

Our society has collectively put pressure on us to look a certain way, fit a certain mold, and be a certain size. This pressure can lead to unhealthy behaviors and devastating self-image issues. We can teach you how to see yourself as more than just the way you look and to celebrate the wonderful body that you have right now.

WHY BODY GRATITUDE?

Body gratitude can transform the way you think and feel about your body.

Researchers have found that greater gratitude can increase body appreciation, reduce comparisons, encourage intuitive eating, and decrease the need for external validation (Homan & Tylka, 2018). Gratitude aimed at your body can significantly improve your body image, a predictor of well-being (Dunaev et al., 2018; Swami et al., 2018)

We will teach you how to cultivate body gratitude and make it a part of your daily life.
